Alert messages

  1. Ensure that the currently logged on user having the permission to connect to the SQL server.

This alert message will pop up when the specified SQL server name is invalid.

  • Spell check the SQL server name.
  • Check LAN connection to the SQL server.
  • 3.

    Ensure that the specified SQL authentication user account  having necessary permission to connect to the SQL server. Check the SQL account name and its credentials are valid.

     4.

    ARKES uses Microsoft Outlook (mailbox) profile to retrieve Mailbox and Public Folder Information Store resource information and Public Folder client permissions. ARKES requires mailbox profiles to view resource reports in the user context specified in the mailbox profile.

    Ensure whether the MS Outlook was installed on the ARKES running machine.

    5.

    ARKES requires mailbox profiles and Exchange Server credentials to view resource reports in the user context specified in the mailbox profile and Exchange Server credentials.

    Launch Connection manager dialog and select the mailbox profile and to enter the Exchange Server credentials. Click here to view the detailed information about Connection manager.

    ARKES will store its log files for every schedules task in a time stamped folder. The above message will pop up when that task history instance file/folder is missing. Click here to view the detailed information about Power Reports..
