How to view Users Reports?


 
Select option under AD Reports button. The Configuration Settings will appear on the screen which will allow you to select a domain and a corresponding domain controller. The report window will be launched after the domain and the selected domain controller are validated.
Select and expand the domain node in the left pane of the newly launched report window, and then click on Users.

Click on tab to view the following information: {Object Name, Object GUID, Object SID, Fully qualified domain name of object, First Name, Initials, Last Name, Display Name, Description, Employee ID,Employee Number, Office, Telephone Number, Phone Numbers (Others), E-mail, Web Page, Web Page Address (Others)}.
 
The output would be displayed as shown below:
  
 
Click on tab to view the following information: {Object Name, Object GUID, Object SID, Fully qualified domain name of object, Display Name, Street, PO Box, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country/Region}

Note: ARKAD calculates the last logon date and time by adding the local time zone information. This time zone information is retrieved from the local computer on which ARKAD is run. Also, last logon value for a user can be displayed as empty value if it is not set in the directory or if the current user context or specified user context does not have sufficient privileges to read the attribute from the directory.

Note: Effective PSO report is applicable only for Windows Server 2008 and later.
 
Click on tab to view the following information: {Object Name, Object GUID, Object SID, Created, Deleted, Last known parent}.

Note: The "Last known parent" attribute would be set only on a Windows Server 2003 domain controller and later.
Click on tab to view the following information: {Object Name, Object GUID, Object SID, Fully qualified domain name of object, Employee ID, Employee Number, Employee Type, Department Number, Division, Car License, House Identifier, Room Number, Assistant, Secretary}.
