How to generate Audit Log report  
Perform the following steps to generate Audit Log report:
Select  button in the toolbar.

If no tenant is connected, the Configuration Settings dialog will be displayed at initial stage to select an Azure AD tenant. Select any tenant from the list of configured Azure AD tenants and click Connect. The list of Azure AD reports will be displayed in the left pane.
 

     
Report Selection
    The Audit Log dialog will be displayed as shown below:
    Select any number of events from the left pane of Audit Log window by expanding the list of activities.
   
Specify Filters:
    1. Select the list of required events from the left pane of Audit Log window.
    • The "Date Range Filter" helps to select the date range, which generates report for the selected event on specific date range.
    • The User Selection filter helps to filter specific number of users, for whom the result has to be generated. For all users check "All Users" and for specific user(s) select "Specific Users".
    • If "Specific Users" option is checked, select "Show list of users" to display the list of all mailboxes from the given tenant. Select any number of mailboxes, for whom the event report has to be generated.

    2. You can Save the selected report, by checking the "Save this report under Audit Log report for future use". Enter an unique name for the configured report under "Report Name" to save it as a new report.
     
    • Select "OK" to proceed with data collection process, to generate report for the configured Audit Log report.
    • If the report is saved, it can be viewed in main window of ARKAD, under Audit Log report for future use.
Once the data collection process is complete, the report will be displayed in a report window as shown below:  

 
To Edit or Delete the report
    1. To Edit Report
  • By right clicking the saved report under Audit Log category, select "Edit Report..." to edit the report, displayed as shown below:

  • While editing the report, the name of the report cannot be edited as shown below:

  • Select "OK" to save the Report and "Cancel" to Abort.
    2. To Delete Report
  • By right clicking the saved report under Audit Log category, select "Delete Report..." to delete the report, displayed as shown below:

  • A confirmation dialog will be displayed to delete report. Select "Yes" to delete the saved report and "No" to abort the deletion.
